A Sales Funnel is a marketing model that shows the step-by-step journey a customer goes through before making a purchase.
π’ Top of the Funnel (TOFU)
The customer becomes aware of your brand or product for the first time.
π― Goal: Reach a cold audience (general people who donβt know you yet).
Example: Social media posts, YouTube ads, SEO content.
π‘ Middle of the Funnel (MOFU)
The customer starts learning more about your brand and what you offer.
π― Goal: Nurture a warm audience (those who showed interest).
Example: Email newsletters, product demos, blog content.
π΄ Bottom of the Funnel (BOFU)
The customer is seriously considering buying.
π― Goal: Convince a hot audience to take the final step.
